The Pablo Horstmann Pediatric Hospital (PHPH) was founded in 2008 as a small outpatient pediatric care center to provide free, quality medical care to the Lamu district's under-served child population. 

 

The Pablo Horstmann Foundation took over the Let Children Have Home Orphanage in 2011 and, since then, it has become an integral health, educational and social project that also includes the Let Children Have Health Pediatric and Maternal Clinic, the Let Children Have Care Nursery and the Let Children Study Scholarship Program for Orphan and Vulnerable Children.

 

The OVC "LET CHILDREN STUDY" Scholarship Program of the Pablo Horstmann Foundation is part of the Integral Health, Educational and Social Project in the city of Meki in Ethiopia.

 

Thanks to the 12 preschools locally managed by the Social Missionary Sisters of the Church (SMSC), during 2020, 2,300 children (52% girls / 48% boys) received meals twice a day from Monday to Saturday, thereby reducing the rate of malnutrition considerably.
